Graceful Bella

Isabella, only in the eighth grade, has just found out that she will be a Cavalier for next year.
She will not only dance for the RAFA Dance School but now will be practicing for the high school drill team as well.

This is the 1st year the school opened auditions to 8th graders. There were over twenty 8th graders who tried out...only 5 made it and our very own Bella is one of them. Approximately 80 girls tried out and only 40 can make the drill team. You have to audition every year, even if you are currently on the drill team to dance for the school.

Bella, being so modest, didn't tell me when i spoke to her last night but I have my way of finding out.... Her Mom says she is excited. Not only is she a smart cookie, this girl can dance! Congrats!

This is what I found when I googled her...

Isabella, Apprentice, has been dancing at RAFA since the age of five. She has had the privilege to train under Luis Fuente, Irena Vakhromeeva, Carrie Lee Riggins, Milena Leben, Heather Steele and Amber Thornton. Isabella has also studied under Misha Bart in the Vaganova Professional Division. She has been in BAHBT productions such as Cinderella, Grease and The Nutcracker. She has won choreography awards from 2008-2009. She is excited for her first year as a BAHBT company member as well as her third year as a Prelude. Isabella is currently an eighth grader at Clear Creek Intermediate and also in the National Junior Honor Society.
